She has 25 years of experience in various fields, including 18 years in accounting and 12 years in leading consulting companies.

Her knowledge and hands-on expertise in accounting, labor cost management, optimization of HR processes, and payroll accounting have formed the foundation of her strategic approach to managing outsourcing and outstaffing processes.

She leads the department responsible for the comprehensive support of outstaffing projects across various industries in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan, helping clients achieve significant business resource savings.
